Has your house been a victim of water damage this spring? The rain just keeps on coming, and this gives many chances for water to come in through the basement, foundation or have a leak in the roof. It's important to pay close attention to all areas of your home so that water damage doesn't go unnoticed. 

Foundation leaks in the springtime are very common. The ground is constantly moist and has had a hard time in many areas absorbing all the rain that keeps coming.  This leads to water coming in through the foundation. Unfortunately, before we could start mitigation, we would want the foundation leak to be fixed prior to starting our work. We don't want to have to keep coming and performing mitigation on the same area of your home due to the problem not being fixed. In this case, it's important to call a company who specializes in sealing foundations. Once they have finished, we can proceed with water mitigation.
